Request account and data deletion

1. Delete your account in the app
If you have the app installed, you can delete your account right away by following these steps.
- Open the Mori app and log in.
- Open the menu (Drawer) at the top left and go to Settings.
- Select Account settings.
- Tap Delete account at the very bottom.
- Read the notice and tap Delete account. Your account is deactivated immediately.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you have deleted the app or cannot log in, send a request to the address below. We will process it after verifying your identity.

Please write โAccount deletion request (๊ณ์ ์ญ์ ์์ฒญ)โ in the subject line and include the email address you signed up with in the body. We will reply within 3 business days of receipt, and once your identity is verified, the request is processed in the same way as deleting your account in the app.
3. What happens when you delete your account
When you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately, and after a 30-day grace period for recovery, your personal information and content are permanently deleted.
If you log in again within the grace period (30 days), your account is restored as it was. After 30 days, this cannot be undone.

Data retained for a set period
The following is retained for the period required by law and then destroyed.

What is not deleted
Among the creations (Covers, Templates, Stickers, etc.) a member has shared to Canvas, those that other members are using in their own records continue to exist under Article 13(4) of the Terms of Service, so that those members' records are not damaged. Even in this case, no information that could identify the creator is retained with them.
In addition, if illegal content related to sexual crimes against children or adolescents is identified, materials provided to investigative agencies and child protection agencies under the relevant laws may be retained until those procedures are completed.
4. Delete only your data and keep your account
Without deleting your account, you can delete the data you uploaded yourself, item by item. When you delete something in the app, it is actually deleted from our servers and storage (it is not just hidden), and the storage space it used is returned immediately.

If it is difficult to delete something yourself in the app, email nit-lab@nit-lab.co.kr with โData deletion request (๋ฐ์ดํฐ ์ญ์ ์์ฒญ)โ in the subject. Tell us the email address you signed up with and the items you want deleted, and we will process the request after verifying your identity (reply within 3 business days).
๐ Data you delete individually in this way is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. However, the items that must be retained by law listed in section 3 above (payment and dispute records, etc.) are kept for the stated periods.
