Questions?
Is everything really free?
Yes. Decorating logs, video, logbooks, family sharing, walks, the Lounge β every feature is free. A subscription adds storage, AI reports and monthly AI images.
Can other people see my entries?
New entries are visible only to you. Only entries you make public appear in the Lounge, and you can change that at any time.
Where are my walking routes stored?
Routes are stored only on your device. Location coordinates are not sent to our servers.
Will I lose my entries if I change phones?
Logs and logbooks are saved to your account, so just sign in with the same account on your new phone and pick up where you left off.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings in the app. If you can't use the app, send a request on the account deletion page.
